Training built for clear, responsible filtration conversations

paviprexo exists to make water filtration product knowledge easier to teach and easier to explain, with modules that translate spec-sheet detail into customer-safe language.

Training approach

What “product knowledge” means here

Not memorising marketing lines. We teach the working concepts behind performance claims—micron rating, contact time, pressure drop, membrane rejection, and consumable life—so a team can explain trade-offs without guessing.

Consultation structure

Intake questions, constraint checks, and consistent comparison language.

Technology literacy

RO, UV, carbon, sediment, resin, and staging logic.

This website provides educational information only and does not provide water treatment services, installation, repairs, or onsite water testing.

Why we started

paviprexo began in 2022 after noticing the same pattern across product counters and sales floors: technical facts were scattered, terminology shifted between colleagues, and customer conversations drifted into absolute promises that filtration systems cannot responsibly support without context. The gap was not effort; it was structure.

We built a training-first library that treats filtration as a set of trade-offs—flow rate vs reduction goals, media life vs usage, pre-filtration vs maintenance—and gives teams a repeatable consultation flow. The result is calmer discussions, better documentation of assumptions, and fewer awkward “that is not what I was told” moments.

Our mission

Help teams explain water filtration products clearly and responsibly by teaching the concepts behind specifications, the limits of general claims, and a consultation workflow that fits real customer constraints.

The curriculum is built around practical outputs: a shared glossary, talk tracks for reverse osmosis and UV, comparison templates for carbon vs RO positioning, and checklists that prevent missed steps (pressure considerations, consumable planning, and pre-filtration staging).

Customer-safe wording

Learn phrasing for “typical” performance and limits tied to feed-water conditions.

Methodical intake

Source type, usage volume, space, maintenance interval, and constraints.

A note on scope

We do not provide water treatment services, installation, repairs, or onsite water testing. The training focuses on product knowledge and consultation skills. Any technical application should follow manufacturer documentation, local plumbing requirements, and relevant safety guidance.

Team

Content is written to be used in real consultations. Each module is designed to stand up to follow-up questions about flow rate, consumables, and the limits of broad performance claims.

Renee H.

Curriculum Lead (Product Training)

Renee has spent 9 years building training playbooks for technical product categories. Her speciality is turning specification language into customer-safe explanations that keep the conversation honest and consistent. She is known for crisp definitions and the kind of checklists that prevent missed constraints.

Focus areas: filtration vocabulary, consultation flow, documentation of assumptions.

Omar K.

Technology Editor (Purification Systems)

Omar has worked for 8 years with purification product documentation and training materials. He reviews module language for accuracy around RO membranes, UV positioning, and media staging, with an emphasis on what can be claimed generally versus what depends on water chemistry and installation details.

Focus areas: membrane rejection terminology, UV dose basics, consumable planning.

Sophie M.

Consultation Coach (Customer Conversations)

Sophie has spent 7 years coaching customer-facing teams on discovery questions and objection handling. She helps learners keep the consultation structured when customers jump between taste, limescale, and “purity” language. Her modules focus on calm phrasing and next-step clarity.

Focus areas: role-play prompts, talk tracks, expectations management.
