FAQ
Clear answers about training scope, filtration terminology, consultation structure, and how registration and cookie preferences work on paviprexo.
Quick orientation
These answers focus on product knowledge and customer conversations: filtration stages, basic performance language, and the boundaries of responsible claims. If you need the complete lesson list, visit Training Modules. If you want to register, the form is at the bottom of this page.

What is included in the training?
The content is built around three pillars: (1) product knowledge that can be explained without jargon, (2) purification technology comparisons (RO, UV, carbon, sediment, resin), and (3) consultation structure so recommendations are consistent.
Each module ends with a practical output: a short script, a checklist, or a comparison prompt. Expect detail on pressure drop, staging logic, media service life, and where “typical” performance statements need careful wording.
What is not included?
paviprexo is an educational site. It does not provide installation, repairs, site visits, or onsite water testing. We also do not supply filtration products or act as a distributor.
Where real-world decisions depend on local regulations, feed-water chemistry, or manufacturer instructions, the training focuses on how to explain assumptions and trade-offs rather than issuing universal “best system” answers.
Do you teach reverse osmosis (RO) in detail?
Yes, with a sales-education lens. The RO lessons cover the meaning of “rejection rate”, permeate vs concentrate, the role of pre-filtration, and why pressure and temperature matter to performance.
You will also get language for common objections: taste vs dissolved solids, “waste water” concerns, and how to describe maintenance intervals without implying identical outcomes in every installation.
How do you explain UV vs filtration in a consultation?
A useful structure is: what it targets, what it does not remove, and what it requires to work well. UV is primarily a disinfection step; it does not remove dissolved solids, sediments, or taste/odour compounds on its own.
The training includes phrasing around dose, lamp life, and the importance of water clarity and power continuity, so the explanation stays accurate while still being understandable.
What consultation skills are covered?
The consultation modules focus on needs discovery and documentation: water source type, usage volume, space constraints, target maintenance interval, and the customer’s definition of “improved water”.
You will also practice a repeatable comparison method: contaminant categories addressed, flow rate, pressure drop, consumables, and lifecycle cost. This keeps conversations consistent across a team and reduces handover confusion.
Does the training provide a universal recommendation chart?
No. A universal chart tends to encourage overconfident claims. Real selection depends on feed-water chemistry, pressure, local standards, and the product range actually available.
Instead, paviprexo teaches a methodical decision path: define the use-case, list constraints, identify which contaminant categories are in scope, then select a staging approach and maintenance plan that can be explained and supported.
What do you mean by “responsible claims”?
It means avoiding blanket promises and using precise, checkable language. For example, describing which contaminant category a technology can address, and stating the assumptions: cartridge condition, correct staging, adequate pressure, and timely replacements.
You will learn when to use “typical” and “depending on conditions”, how to cite manufacturer documentation, and how to document the basis of a recommendation so it can be reviewed later.
What data do you collect when I register?
The registration form collects your name and email address. We use this information to send training access details and to respond about your registration.
The site also uses cookies. Essential cookies are required for the site to function. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and only activate based on your consent preferences. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for full details.
Can I change cookie preferences later?
Yes. Use the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the footer to reopen the cookie banner and adjust choices. Essential cookies are always on to keep the website working.
If you prefer, you can also clear cookies in your browser settings. The banner will appear again the next time you visit so you can make a fresh choice.
How soon will I receive a response after registering?
Registrations are processed in order. If you do not see an email, check spam or promotions folders and then contact us at [email protected].
To keep communication relevant, messages focus on training access and schedule options rather than marketing content.
Still unsure where to start?
If you want a quick structure, start with the vocabulary module, then move to RO and carbon staging, and finish with the consultation intake checklist. That sequence tends to reduce “hand-wavy” explanations and keeps recommendations anchored to measurable constraints like flow rate and media service life.
