2. Educational Disclaimer (No Water Treatment Services)

The Site provides educational information about water filtration product knowledge, purification technologies, and customer consultation and sales education. The Site does not provide water treatment services, installation, repairs, or onsite water testing. Any examples, scripts, comparisons, or technical explanations are for training purposes only.

Decisions about products, specifications, and performance claims should be made using manufacturer documentation, local regulations, and appropriate professional judgment. Water quality and outcomes can vary based on feed-water chemistry, pressure, temperature, system configuration, maintenance, and other factors.

3. Description of the Site and Materials

The Site includes informational pages and training-oriented descriptions of topics such as reverse osmosis, UV disinfection, carbon filtration, resin systems, pre-filtration staging, and consultation structure. Some Materials may be updated, expanded, or reorganized over time to reflect product-category changes, evolving terminology, or improvements to teaching flow.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including availability of Materials, without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific module, page, or feature will remain available indefinitely.

4. Registration and Communications

If you register, you may be asked to provide a name and email address. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We use registration details to respond about training access, start options, and related administrative communications. We do not require phone numbers for registration.

Submitting a registration form does not guarantee placement in a specific training cohort or schedule. Any timing depends on our capacity and the format being offered at the time of your request. If you want your information deleted, please see the instructions in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site in a lawful manner and not to misuse it. In particular, you agree not to:

• Access, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site using automated means without our prior written permission.
• Submit false or misleading registration information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Transmit malware, phishing content, or any code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of systems.
• Use the Site to send spam or bulk messages, or to collect email addresses for unsolicited marketing.
• Use the Site in a way that violates applicable laws, including sanctions or export restrictions that may apply to software or online services.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the Site is being used in a way that could harm users, our operations, or the integrity of the Materials.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and Materials, including text, training structures, checklists, page layout, branding elements, and underlying code, are owned by paviprexo or licensed to paviprexo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal or internal business learning purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works from the Materials without prior written permission. Short quotations for internal training notes are permitted if they remain internal, are not publicly posted, and do not remove context or disclaimers.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may reference third-party technologies, standards, or platforms in a descriptive way. Any external websites are operated by third parties and are outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices, and your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, paviprexo disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any educational content will be complete or suitable for a particular product lineup, local regulation, or customer scenario.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, paviprexo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, paviprexo’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless paviprexo from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

11. Force Majeure

paviprexo will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, widespread internet outages, cyberattacks, or failures of hosting, cloud, or telecommunications providers.

12. International Use

The Site is operated from the United Kingdom. We make no representation that the Materials are appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access the Site from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations that may apply to product claims, marketing practices, and training requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you, the courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and allow 30 days for an informal attempt to resolve the dispute. Please include a description of the issue and the URL of any relevant page. We will respond using reasonable efforts within that period.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where appropriate.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use creates risk for the Site, other users, or our operations. Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

16. Severability

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and paviprexo regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.

18. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative to be effective.

20. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective 14 days after they are posted on this page, unless the changes are required by law or are urgent for security reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You agree that electronic communications, including emails and notices posted on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, consistent with applicable electronic communications laws.
